We participate in most insurance plans, including Medicare.  We encourage you to call our billing department to make sure we take your plan.  If you are not insured with a plan that we are contracted with, or if you do not have health insurance, you will be required to pay in full for your services at the time of visit. We will then apply a 20% discount for that visit.
